How do I update my profile?

Login to your account then edit your contact information. It will then be updated in real-time when you scan to a person’s phone.



Which phone models are compatible with NFC?

Click here for list of compatible smartphones. Each Clear Card comes with a QR code to work universally if NFC is incompatible with smartphone

Can I order multiple cards?

Yes you can order multiple Clear Cards but you will need to purchase each with different email accounts. If you order more than 10 cards, please contact info@yourclearcard.com for a corporate rate.


Can you customize the Clear Card?

We don’t customize for individual purchases but we customize cards for enterprises/businesses looking to order 10+ for employees. Pleas email info@yourclearcard.com if interested.

I lost my clear Card, what do I do?

For all lost cards, please email info@yourclearcard.com so that we can assist.



How do I share my Clear Card profile with phones not compatible with NFC?

You will be able to use the QR code provided on your phone. Open your phone’s camera and scan QR code and it will direct you to your profile.
